Gas South's Strategic Move: Relocating Headquarters to The Battery

Gas South is the third company to move its headquarters at Three Ballpark Center.  Back in 2021, pizza restaurant chain Papa John's International Inc., moved its headquarters from Kentucky to a 60,000-square-foot space in the building. German elevator manufacturer TK Elevator moved its North American corporate headquarters at Three Ballpark Center, which is adjacent to an elevator test tower it built on the campus. Elsewhere in The Battery, Comcast Inc. maintains its regional headquarters.

Gas South will lease 31,000 square feet of space, which is a cut from its current 54,016 square feet it occupies at One Overton Park and will house around 250 employees.
